At Micro Kickboard, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Scooter

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your box over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
